We are sorry about your experience below is a breakdown of our refund process 

If you are dissatisfied with our services or do not understand them, we will issue a refund within 14 days of your signing up for any OpticAlgo membership plan.

To obtain a refund, please email us at, and we will respond within 3-5 working days. Refunds often arrive in your bank account between 3-5 business days.

We enable refunds for yearly subscription auto-renewals during the first 48 hours of invoicing, but we are not compelled to conduct a refund beyond 14 days, including if you forgot about the auto-renewal of your membership.
